Birthing Doula $950-$1250 ( Price is based on desired number of visits. - 3 or 4) Book your free consultation today. *Doula Deposit: A deposit of $300 is due upon scheduling and covers your first session. %50 of this deposit is refundable if cancelled within 3 days.  Overview: Pregnancy, labor, and delivery are unique to every woman. Studies show that there are many unforeseen medical obstetrical interventions not explained to mom prior to her big day, as well as nurses are less likely to provide comfort during labor due to being overworked. Birthing Doulas assist in all that is preparation for the laboring process. We are ready to help ease your fears and pains by way of providing comfort, support, information, and advocacy. ​ Fun  Fact "Women who received continuous labor support were more likely to give “spontaneous/natural birth” without cesarean, vacuum, or forceps". -Madriella Doula Network The Process: Our enrollment process consists of an initial consultation, assessment of needs, financial overview, contract signing, and delivery of services. Service Format - The Doula will meet at least 3 times before birth. (additional visits are optional) - Visits are typically 2-3 hours with flexibility as needed. - The Doula will be present throughout labor and delivery. - The Doula will meet immediately after birth. - The Doula will fulfill at least 1 postpartum visit. - The Doula will offer optional continuation of postpartum services. ( This service is a separate fee.)
