• Why won't you ship chocolates?

Due to the possibility of pre-packaged chocolates melting, we don't want to take that chance. Some of our options offer candy as a substitute.

• What are your appointment only restrictions?

Due to phase 2, we are only permitting groups up to 4 people per scheduled appointment. 

• How do I book an appointment?

• How do I know a time isn't available?

The time would be marked/crossed out in some form.

• What are your disinfecting/sanitation practices?

We are practicing social distancing, taking temperatures, requiring facial masks, requiring hand washing, and thoroughly cleaning all surfaces and materials used after each customer interaction and throughout the day. 

• What are the age restrictions?​

the SMASH Room permits ages 12 and older. the SPLASH Room and the not So Regulars permit ages 4 and older. Ages 4-17 require adult supervision while participating in either themed room. Ages 4-12 require supervision for the Not So Regulars.

• Do I have to be angry or stressed?

No. We are open to all. Enjoy yourself!​

• What should I wear?

Clothing that you don't mind getting messy, closed toe shoes, hair tie, and all required protective gear. See the SMASH Room and SPLASH Room tabs.

• Do I need to show an I.D.?

Yes. An I.D. is used to prove you are of age to participate in the provided services. ​

• Do you offer childcare? 

No. Childcare is not offered. Parents must stay with their children at all times while at this business. ​

• Can I break things while my child is painting?

No. Childcare is not offered. Parents must stay with their children at all times while at this business. ​​

• Can I participate if pregnant?

Pregnant individuals who are nearing full term (3rd trimester) CAN NOT participate in the SMASH Room. Please use your own desecration regarding the SPLASH Room usage.  Your safety is our number 1 concern. ​

• Can I record myself SMASHING?

We advise against self-recording, due to this being a possible safety hazard​. We are not liable for damage to your phone. However, you can speak to the staff about recording and taking pictures of you. Be sure to tag us on social media!   #themeetupllc (FB and Insta.)

• How many people can participate at a time?

1 person at a time is allowed in the SMASH Room. 2 people at a time are allowed in the SPLASH Room. No worries, our viewing doors allow you to see your friend(s). ​

• Does it cost to bring additional people?

Currently, the SMASH Room cost $10 to add a person to a package. Each package is per person. Option 1 permits 1 person, and options 2-4 allow you to tag team a friend. Please read the options closely prior to reserving. ​the SPLASH Room permits 2 people. All prices are per person.​

• Can other's watch me SMASH or SPLASH?

Yes. Our viewing doors allow you to see your friends. 

• Do you accommodate large groups and parties?

Yes. Our trendy space doubles as an event venue. Sundays and Mondays are reserved for customer's parties and special events. Tues.-Sat.: If your party is larger than 4 please call a week in advance to reserve a week day and time. ​​

• How often do you change the canvas of the day?

At least every 2-3 days. Please see the Not So Regular Tab. 

• How do I get a Custom-Canvas of my own image?

Please visit the Craft Store Tab to upload your image and place order. 

• How do I obtain and use a discount card?

Discount cards are given to donors and paying customers. They serve as punch cards per person per visit. After 4 hole punches/visits a discount is awarded.​

• What items are NOT accepted for donations?

We are grateful for our donors, but we do not accept: bedding, tube t.v., liquids, large appliances, flammable/hazardous materials. 

• What items ARE accepted for donations?

Furniture: lamps, desks, tables, chairs..etc

Appliances: toaster, microwave, blender..etc.

Hard Plastic: baskets, med. size toys...etc

Glass: alcohol bottles, cups, plates, mirrors, glass windows..etc

Electronics: flat screen t.v., phones, gaming systems, laptops, tablets...etc

• We're do I take my donations?

Donations are accepted at our front desk during operating hours. Please call for pickup.​

• Can I bring my own items to SMASH?

No. We currently don't allow you to bring your own items to SMASH, but you can donate them! ​

• What do you do with your broken items?

We recycle as much as possible, and dispose of all items in the safest manner and trash receptacles.​​ ​

• How do I apply for a job?
